A Petting Zoo, a Festival and a Park

At the Tractor Supply store one Saturday there were a group of 4H promoters showing off their animals, free horse rides and all. The kids were in heaven!

Small world that it is, I got to talking to the gentleman leading the horses and figured out (having thought he looked familiar) that he was our country mailman when I was little!

A festival just happened to be going on when we were in Fremont visiting Grandma Cindy.

Grandma giving Court-o a drink. He was thirsty. And this was all we had.

One morning I only had Court and Audrey and it was a beautiful day so we investigated a new park.

Frozen Party

Our latest movie-themed party was for Disney's Frozen. Frozen has been memorized and reenacted many times in this house and as this video attests, the songs are well loved too.

So the party was a must. We made snacks- ice covered trees, frozen hearts, polar ice-cap sodas and Olaf the Snowman donuts.

Everyone contributed to the snow themed treats.

Court approved of them all and could hardly wait to dig in.
