We call it "scrawlting", it's what she does, a sort of scooter-scoot melded with a true crawl. This video is from about a week ago, today she can (and does!) go much faster but it's still in her unique style.

Cute! My nephew crawled like that, we called it the limp cricket. Is that Isaiah that she's yelling/calling to? :)
