Heading out on a leaf hunt
Playing with the hedge apples which make very good bowling balls according to Court.
Fall color on the porch.
Leaf art inspired by pinterest. Other than helping her choose three good leaves for chicks and cutting "bumps" for clouds, Luca created this entirely by herself.
Her fish (I gave input on the tail leaf and small fin, the rest she did herself.)
What would October be without caramel apples? Especially when the Honeycrisps are on sale. Mmmmmmmmm.
A caramel covered Honeycrisp apple dipped in white chocolate and rolled in cinnamon and brown sugar makes a girl happy.
It's also a good thing to surprise a Daddy with.
And of course, we have to share with all.
One more pumpkin craft.

I love all the multicolored leaves you have in your yard!! Everything has gone to "brown and crumbly" around us--I'm definitely missing all the color in Lincoln. You have some great textures in your flower pots and Luca's piotures are so cute!
Court looks different already! Are there a lot of hedge apples in Nebraska? I don't remember seeing them until I got to Ohio (where they're known as Osage Oranges).
WHAT are those colorful things you play with called "leaves"? Definitely an amazingly beautiful time of year to enjoy for those who have four seasons and not two! Love you guys and miss you!
