Only a month between posts, not too bad? Ha. My excuse is that Summertime is busy...busier than Fall, Winter and Spring...not really, but whatever.

A spring rain turned the bike path tunnel we regularly walk through into a raging river.

This is usually a small creek with a concrete sidewalk running several feet below the retaining wall.

 Court was drawing a snake (or so he said) but seeing the picture afterwards he declared it "big circle!"

And later that week- the whole Cousin Posse at the zoo (George was present he just isn't up for sitting on bronze turtle statues yet).

Whenever he seems so grown up it makes me a little sad, I sneak in to see him at naptime. All baby.

Summertime walk

I was vacuuming, Luca was "protecting and calming" her bunny, Court observed the situation and quickly grabbed his garbage truck and soothingly said "it's ok gabage twuck, I hold you".

The Easter fedora has officially been laid to rest. Sad day.

Luca wrapped Court in his blankets saying "Look! He has wings! He's my angel baby."
